Our Fundraising for 2017 & Onwards
For 2017 we are fundraising for The Oldies Club . This is a dog rescue charity which is run by volunteers and helps dogs aged 7+. It often takes in dogs that have been neglected, resulting in large vet bills. Oldies Club places dogs in foster homes, where they are assessed and receive any veterinary treatment required before being rehomed.
We kicked off fundraising for The Oldies Club at the end of 2016 with our Club Calendar raising £ 3561.09

End of 2019 Fundraising Update.
Thank you very much to everyone who has helped, supported , fundraised and donated . This also includes donations from shop advertisers on club shop and holidays on our holiday group and to those who have kindly rehomed cockapoos on our rehome group. The club calendar was also a huge part in raising funds .
All of us together have raised a whopping £15, 717 for the charity we are fundraising for Animal Canopy .
This has made a huge difference as they are a small charity who help the smaller animal charities both in UK and sometimes abroad where money goes on the animals or vet bills.
One of the charities they have given to a hedgehog one , is in dire straits and might have to close , but with some of our funds Animal Canopy are able to help support them for longer . They next allocate funds in Feb , and again like before will let us know who benefitted from what we raised.
Animal Canopy are so appreciative and as we know our money makes such a difference we have decided to continue to fund raise for them in 2020
Thank you

2023 Fundraising Update .
We are sad to announce that our lovely charity Animal Canopy that we have been fundraising for since 2019 is closing , so this is our final payout.
They have been a pleasure to support as help the smaller charities and Debbi Tait has been a wonderful ambassador for them and will continue to be a club member and lifelong friend of both Ali and I .
We send her and her small team , our very best wishes.
This is the total minus fees that justgiving took.
Thankyou very much to all our members who have supported our fundraising efforts, without you none of this would have been possible .
We are not at this current time going to be doing anymore fundraising with the exception of Ali receiving donations for the cockapoo rehoming she does, which she is currently donating to Pupcakes rescue who often helps rehomes cockapoos with resource guarding issues .
